In May, in the midst of my grieving, and struggling to come to terms with all my loss… B thought it a great idea to take me to a place where I could just silently reflect, a place where the beauty of this world will come alive, a place where I could cry, scream, and feel safe, knowing he’s just a few steps away…

He took me to Elephant’s Eye, a cave hidden in the Constantiaberg range… it was a truly remarkable experience, one that brought about a spiritual awakening and a consciousness that removed my ‘numbness’ and left me feeling alive again…
