As usual the PMP kicked off the year with some time away from the office to strategise and plan our project execution for the months that lay ahead... we discovered a wonderful little sanctuary nestled in the Noordhoek mountains, called Sacred Mountain Lodge... the combination of tranquility, beautiful scenery and great hospitality made this the perfect place to rejuvenate and collectively apply our minds to the work at hand...
Whilst much time was spent drafting a Business Case for the year, we did manage to find a moment or two to simply unwind...
