Teambuilding 2007

At our teambuilding event this year, we escaped the hectic office for a day and took a long drive out to the west coast. In Langebaan we visited a delightful little place called ‘Die Plaaskombuis’ and in between our activities, ate to our hearts content! This was followed by a quad bike challenge (and of course my team won!!!) and later in the afternoon, a nice boat ride across a lagoon…

Strat Planning 2007

To prepare for our last Advisory Board Meeting for the year, the team broke away for a strategic planning session and spent two days at a dodgy hotel in Sea Point…

With not much else to do at the hotel itself, a lot of work was done!

On the second night we had our year end dinner, and amongst highlights of the evening, was Tshepiso’s introduction to wasabi (not a pretty sight) and of course the very entertaining Chinese karaoke… Yes, all the songs were in Chinese, but after a few Saki’s we happily sang along!

We did manage though on the final day to get in some Tai Chi training and a walk back to our childhoods, with some fun in the sun on the swings in the park…
