So what do you know… 2010 is off to a great start! Bokamoso Ba Rona hit the ground running, and just as we were recovering from the 43000+ responses to our social survey on MXit, the Virtual March to Parliament began… Check us out @ www.bokabuddies.co.za

Serenity Prayer

…and with the Serenity Prayer as my daily reminder, I hope to stay on track…

Hey, hey 2010...

And so I begin 2010… my year for self-healing, self-caring, self-loving and finally, full recovery… I began with Iyanla’s “Living through the Meantime’, patched together my Vision Board, and with daily meditation (found a beautiful Amithabh Mantra for ‘Rebirth’ that calms my soul), I am slowly coming into my own again…

Mpumalanga 2009!

After a rather draining year, my kids and I had the opportunity (thanks to a dear old friend), to escape my crazy life, and headed for the beautiful Mpumalanga forests… This was a fun-filled adventure trip, one which I’m sure we won’t soon forget!

We went from the Mac Mac Falls... to God's Window, to the Rain Forest... to Ziplining, to Quads... to just loving every moment...

Thanks BML Buddies...

Then it was time to celebrate the end of yet another rigorous academic year… and the Study Mates got together for some appreciation time… Love, respect and gratitude!

... and the exhaling continues... after nights, and early mornings of ENM... Dankie K A R E N!!!

PMP Rulez!

December was a month to simply just exhale… we began at the PMP with a ‘thanks giving dinner’, where we took time off from our impossible schedules to just be grateful for what we have, and how far we’ve come… it was a wonderful evening, with friends old and new, and an abundance of love & laughter…

Family Fun... ... and lotsa LOL...

Speak Africa!

During the same week, our Boka Ambassadors did us proud at the launch of Speak Africa’s South Africa Chapter… this event was held in Newton in Johannesburg and proved to be a fun-filled learning experience for all…
Speak Africa is a Pan-African platform designed to work in partnership with young people to improve opportunities for their expression, exchange and meaningful participation in advocacy, decision-making and development, using multi-media tools and channels (i.e. TV, Radio and Print), as well as visual and performing arts and culture.
